Privacy Policy: Website

Version 3 November 2026

This website is operated by Agromigo B.V., Maashaven N.z. 797, 3072 AE Rotterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 42155329, VAT NL869958136B01), email hello@agromigo.com. Agromigo B.V. is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. We handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Dutch Uitvoeringswet AVG and, for cookies and electronic marketing, the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet.

This policy covers personal data collected through this website, agromigo.com, including the demo booking page and the customer portal that we run on Odoo (section 5). It does not cover the Agromigo Workforce platform or any device through which it is used, including the Agromigo Crew mobile app, shared terminal phones on site and IoT-tracked equipment such as harvest carts and weighing systems (together, the “Application”). You cannot log in to the Application through this website. If you use the Application, or work for an organization that uses it, the separate Application Privacy Policy applies to you; it is provided at the point of access to the Application.

1. Data Collection

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address and message and use them to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling inquiries about the Agromigo platform (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Without your name and email address we cannot reply. This website is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. We collect no special categories of personal data on this website.

When you ask for the result of the savings calculator by email, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your company name. We use them to send you the report and keep them as a sales lead. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up on interest in the Agromigo platform (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We send you sales emails beyond the report you asked for only with the consent you gave on the form.

When you book a demo, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number and the time you choose, and use them to arrange the demo. The booking page runs on Odoo (section 5). Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). After the demo we keep your details as a sales lead.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider keeps server logs, including your IP address, to keep the website secure, and the visitor statistics and spam protection described in sections 4 and 5 process limited data about your device. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry; the submission is also counted, without its content, in our visitor statistics (section 5). We send you sales emails beyond what you asked for only with your prior consent given on the form. You can object to any use of your data for sales follow-up at any time, and we then stop without exception (section 6). We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions, savings calculator leads (email address and company name) and demo bookings for at most 12 months, then delete them, unless the inquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case the retention periods of our customer records apply (for example seven years for invoices under Dutch tax law). On request we delete your data earlier. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a short period for security purposes. Google’s retention of reCAPTCHA data is governed by Google’s privacy policy (section 5).

4. Cookies

We use functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work, such as remembering your language. They are exempt from the consent requirement of Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet and are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google reCAPTCHA, which loads on every page of this website, sets Google’s own _GRECAPTCHA cookie; it is not a functional cookie of ours, and Google uses the data for its own purposes (section 5). Our visitor statistics do not use cookies (Plausible Analytics, section 5). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Recipients

The following parties receive personal data from this website.

Hosting and email: This website, including the contact form, runs on our own site at our hosting provider, EasyWP by Namecheap, which also keeps the server logs. Contact form submissions are delivered by email to our mailbox at our email provider and are not stored in the website database.

Odoo S.A. (Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium): The demo booking page and the customer portal (agromigo.odoo.com) run on Odoo Online in the Europe region, and our quotes, invoices and customer relationship management also run in Odoo. Odoo processes this data on our behalf under Odoo’s data processing terms. Odoo support staff outside the EEA may access data to provide support, under the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission; you can request a copy of these clauses at privacy@agromigo.com.

VIES (European Commission): When the VAT number of a business customer or supplier is entered in Odoo, Odoo checks it in the European Commission’s VAT Information Exchange System (VIES), so that we can invoice customers in other EU countries with VAT reverse-charged. Only the VAT number is sent; for a sole trader it can be personal data. Legal basis: our legal obligation under VAT law to confirm a customer’s VAT number (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia): Plausible gives us aggregated visitor statistics so we can improve the website: the pages visited, where visitors arrive from, their country and type of device, video plays, contact form submissions, clicks on links to other websites and the search terms entered in this website’s search (search terms that look like an email address or a phone number are not recorded). Plausible does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not track individuals across sites. The script is served from our own domain and all data is processed within the EEA under a data processing agreement with Plausible. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited): We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect the contact form against spam and abuse. It loads on every page of this website and sends information about your device and your use of the page, including your IP address, to Google, which sets the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. Google uses this data for its own purposes under Google’s privacy policy and may process it in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website against spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the GDPR and the Dutch Uitvoeringswet AVG, you have the following rights regarding any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@agromigo.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest (sections 1, 4 and 5). Where you object, we will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms. If you object to the use of your data for sales follow-up, we stop without exception.

  • Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Restriction: You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live, work, or where an alleged infringement took place. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We would appreciate the chance to resolve a complaint first: complaints@agromigo.com.

We take no decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation or our practices; the version date at the top shows the current version. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
