One greenhouse with its own physical address. In Agromigo, each greenhouse is a separate site, even when several greenhouses belong to the same organization. Several greenhouse blocks, a packing hall or an office at the same address count as one greenhouse. Workers, activities and access are set per site. On Agromigo Partner and Agromigo Ally each greenhouse costs €25 a month; your workers are counted together across all your greenhouses, and everything comes on one invoice. Agromigo Explorer covers one greenhouse; with two or more you take Agromigo Partner.

Your workers are counted together across all your greenhouses, and a worker who works in several greenhouses counts only once, so a second greenhouse adds €25 a month and nothing more. Everything comes on one invoice. Agromigo Explorer covers one greenhouse; with two or more greenhouses you take Agromigo Partner.

Agromigo Explorer supports one greenhouse, up to 25 active workers a workday, up to 25 active activities, up to 4 active Crew app smartphones, up to 4 active trainings and one week of labor planning, once, with no Visual Greenhouse Map, Performance Pay or Absence calendar. If you need more greenhouses, more workers, more activities, more devices, more than your one week of planning, or those features, you move to Agromigo Partner, which has no such limits. At the limit for activities, trainings or labor planning, everything you already have keeps working; the dashboard only refuses one more. Workers and Crew app smartphones are soft limits: a busy month is never blocked, and past 4 smartphones you only see a notice. Agromigo Explorer is designed for self-service: you set it up and run it day to day with our manuals and how-to videos. It doesn’t include add-ons or prioritized feature requests. The API that every plan includes, 1 machine user with 1,000 requests a month, is part of it.

Yes, once. Agromigo Explorer lets you plan 1 week, so you can see how planning works before deciding whether to upgrade. Agromigo Partner and Agromigo Ally both include labor planning with no limit on the number of plans.

Yes. Agromigo Explorer is €3 per worker a month with 25 workers included, so €75 a month (launch price until 31 December 2026, then €5 per worker), invoiced once a year upfront (€900 a year), whether you use 5 workers or 25. Like Agromigo Partner and Agromigo Ally, it renews each year and you cancel at least 1 month before your renewal date.

€3 per worker is our launch price. From 1 January 2027, Agromigo Explorer costs €5 per worker a month (€125 a month with 25 workers included). Sign or start your free trial before 1 January 2027 and keep €3 per worker (€75 a month) for as long as you stay on Agromigo Explorer. Growers already on Agromigo Explorer keep €3 as well. Like every plan, the price follows the yearly indexation in our terms and conditions.

Not a permanent one, but every plan includes a 1-month free trial. Agromigo Explorer is also our lowest-cost paid plan: a flat rate built for small teams who want simple time tracking.

As many as you need. There is no limit on dashboard users in any plan. You pay for the workers you agreed, not per login.

App lock is included in every plan. It locks an Android phone so the worker can only access the Agromigo Crew app: no social media, no other apps, no digging around in settings. This works in two ways: on a fixed, shared device on the greenhouse floor, or activated on a worker’s own phone, turning it into a mobile terminal. Either way, workers stay focused, your data stays protected, and everything is managed remotely from your dashboard. No technical knowledge required.

Agromigo Ally is Agromigo Partner with every add-on included, one of each: machine users for API and BI, Production data, Quality gradings and Issues, and Work Order when it launches. Separately those cost €375 per month, €275 without Work Order. In Agromigo Ally they cost €312 per month, on top of your worker and greenhouse price: you save €756 a year once Work Order is available. Every extra costs the same as on Agromigo Partner. Already on Agromigo Ally? Your price changes only at your next yearly renewal, always with at least 60 days’ written notice.

Every plan includes the API with 1 machine user and 1,000 requests a month. The API add-on, also part of Agromigo Ally, gives you 2 machine users with fair use: a guideline of 100,000 requests a month per machine user. That is far more than a payroll link needs. The BI add-on gives 2 machine users with fair use, for your own BI tools. Both work the same whether you add them to Agromigo Partner or get them in Agromigo Ally. Fair use is how we keep integrations reliable and affordable for every grower at one fixed price: your use stays in proportion to the add-on you have. It is a guideline, not unlimited requests, BI queries, data or support. If your use grows well beyond it, we contact you first to find a better fit together, such as a different arrangement or an upgrade. Going over the guideline is never billed afterwards. If the use or its cost becomes excessive, we may limit, pause or decline API or BI access until we have agreed a solution. The details are in Article 4 of our terms and conditions.

Every plan includes the user guide, how-to videos, Migo, your AI assistant, and every update to the platform and the app, so ask Migo or check the manual first. Reporting a bug is always free, and so is support during your free trial month. After that, questions to our helpdesk at help@agromigo.com, and custom work such as configuration, data migration or a new integration, cost €90 per hour, per started 15 minutes. If something will take more than 30 minutes, we tell you first. You get one invoice a month with every request on it.

Yes, tell us. We prioritise features by how many growers they help and how well they fit our product strategy, not by who asks first, so we can’t promise a specific request gets built, or when. If it would help many growers, we sometimes offer to share the development cost with you. Something built for your operation alone is development, at €120 per hour, per started 15 minutes.

Yes. For every grower you refer who starts a paid subscription, you get one month free: 1/12 of your yearly subscription price, add-ons included, credited on your next yearly invoice. You can earn up to 12 free months per calendar year. Each month is granted once the grower you referred has paid. A new organization is one that hasn’t been an Agromigo customer in the past 12 months, wasn’t already talking to us, and isn’t part of your own group. Tell us about them before they sign up, trial included: a referral after that doesn’t count. You get the month once per new organization, as a discount, never paid out in cash.
