How pricing works
No two weeks in a greenhouse are the same. So why pay a fixed amount? With Agromigo, you only pay for what you actually use: per working day, and only for the employees and apps that are active that day. Employees and apps are billed separately.
We use tiers: as you register more employees and apps, the rate decreases in clear steps. At the end of each month, you receive a single, easy-to-read invoice for everything used that month. Simple, fair, and designed around how entrepreneurs truly work.

How does Agromigo pricing work?
Pay only for what you use. Agromigo bills monthly based on actual workdays with registered activity, within an annual contract. Your rate per worker and phone drops automatically as your team grows. Volume discounts apply across your whole organisation. Quiet week? You only pay for the days your team was active. Want a tailored rate for a larger operation? We’re happy to talk.
How do annual contracts work?
Your contract runs for 12 months from the date you sign. If you sign on 15 April 2026, your first contract period runs through 14 April 2027 and renews automatically on that date each year. You are billed monthly in arrears for your actual usage during that month. There are no minimum monthly fees and no penalties for quiet periods. Your renewal date is always the same date you originally signed.
What happens at the end of my annual contract?
Your contract renews automatically on your anniversary date unless you cancel before that date. Agromigo sends a reminder ahead of your renewal so you always have time to review or cancel. No surprises.
Does the 100-day free trial count toward my annual contract?
No. The 100-day free trial runs before your contract starts. Your 12-month contract period begins on the day your trial ends and your subscription activates. No credit card is needed to start the trial.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Agromigo will let you know when it is time to upgrade. Your service continues without any interruption.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Yes. Volume discounts are calculated across your whole organisation, not per site. The more workers and devices you have in total, the lower your rate per workday. Everything is invoiced in one place, which keeps things simple.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding, a generated greenhouse map, and all software updates are included in every plan. You pay only for the workers and phones you use, per workday. Want your exact layout imported from a PDF or DWG file? That’s a one-time fee of €750.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can switch between Agromigo Explorer, Partner, and Ally at any time. There are no penalties and no waiting periods. Your billing adjusts automatically based on your actual usage from that point forward.
How many people can access the dashboard?
The Agromigo Explorer plan includes up to 2 dashboard users. The Agromigo Partner plan includes up to 10 dashboard users. The Agromigo Ally plan includes unlimited dashboard users. Contact us if you need more.
What is Device Focus Mode?
Device Focus Mode is available on the Agromigo Ally plan. It locks your Android phones so workers can only access the Agromigo Crew app. No social media, no other apps, no digging around in settings. It is ideal for operations where you hand out shared devices on the greenhouse floor. Workers stay focused, your data stays protected, and everything is managed remotely from your dashboard. No technical knowledge required.
