Explain a low count before anyone has to ask

A supervisor adds a note to a team member's entry on a phone, so whoever reviews the day reads the reason before asking.

A low crate count raises a question. Was the worker slow, was the row thin, or was something broken? A week later, in the office, nobody can say.

The supervisor on the floor knew at the time: the scale at the end of the row was faulty. With Agromigo they write that on the entry itself, from their phone, in the minute it takes to say it.

In this video

Migo shows you how to add a note to a team member’s entry on your phone, so the reviewer reads the reason first.

The page. Time entries lists your team’s work day: everyone who worked, with their hours, and a search box at the top. Alejandra’s crate count is low this morning, because the scale at the end of her row was faulty.

  1. Find someone. The search box at the top finds anyone on your team by name, best match first.
  2. Open the task. Their day opens on its own screen. Tap the first task, at the top, and its details open in a sheet, with its notes at the bottom.
  3. The notes. Add note, at the bottom of the sheet, opens the entry’s notes: every note on it, each signed with who wrote it and when.
  4. A new note. The plus, in the bottom left corner, starts one, signed with your name. Write what happened in a sentence or two, the way you would tell a colleague.
  5. Kept with the entry. Save, bottom right. Back on the sheet, the notes row counts the note.

Whoever reviews the day sees the note on the entry and reads your explanation before a question comes up.
