One supervisor registers the work of the whole crew

In Supervisor mode the supervisor registers the work for the team on one phone. One tap starts a whole crew, everyone's status shows live, and the closing questions keep every crate on the right name.

Not every worker has a phone, and not every job needs one per person. A crew that moves between rows together, or a team new to the work, is often best registered by the person leading it.

In Supervisor mode that person carries the only phone. They see the whole crew at a glance, send people to work in one action, and check the quality of the work as it is recorded.

In this video

Migo shows you what Supervisor mode is for, and how one supervisor registers the work of a whole crew.

  1. My Crew. Agnieszka’s team on her phone, one tile per person, with a photo and a status.
  2. Who it suits. Work a supervisor registers for the team: nobody else needs a phone, and she sees everyone’s work as it happens.
  3. Select. She taps Amina and Ayesha; their tiles turn green and one big button appears.
  4. Start Shift. The workday starts for both at once.
  5. One tap, two people. Start Task opens Select Activity for both; she chooses Picking, and both start at once.
  6. Live status. The tiles show who is on a task, on a break or idle, so she knows where every hour goes.
  7. Finish Task. The closing questions come once per person: row, crop, cart and crates. The demo answers from lists, but every answer can also come from a scan: an NFC tag or a QR code, and a barcode on a crate or punnet.

Two people, one row, every crate on its own name, and on your dashboard as it happens. Checking and approving the day is done on the dashboard.
